Key Responsibilities:
Consulting & Support: Provide expert support in the use, design, development, configuration, and testing of EPM modules.
Techno-Functional Expertise: Engage in techno-functional and infrastructure tasks of medium-to-high complexity to maximize the value of EPM modules
Business Process Improvement: Identify and recommend functional and technological solutions to enhance planning, budgeting functionality, and meet reporting requirements.
Application Administration: Manage end-to-end application support, including change request implementation, incident resolution, testing strategy, user training, documentation, and audit support.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for business users and stakeholders, including train-the-trainer programs and UAT preparations.
Data Processing Management: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly data processing of EPM loads in production, collaborating with clients for month-end preparations.
Automation & Scripting: Develop automation solutions using MaxL, Jython, Shell scripting, VB scripting, and batch scripting for performance tuning.
Qualifications:
Expertise in PBCS/ePBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Essbase (ASO and BSO), Planning, HFM, FDMEE, Hyperion Financial Reports, Smart View, and Essbase Studio.
Strong skills in designing and developing web forms, management reporting, workflows, calculation scripts, business rules, and security architecture.
Experience in defining business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and testing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
